She completed her M.B.B.S. and D.C.P. from M.P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar. Over the last 15 years, she is our in house Embryologist and Pathologist. She has taken her Embryology Training from Bengalore.

IVF

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a complex series of procedures used to help with fertility or prevent genetic problems and assist with the conception of a child. During IVF, mature eggs are collected (retrieved) from ovaries and fertilized by sperm in a lab. Then the fertilized egg (embryo) or eggs (embryos) are transferred to a uterus. One full cycle of IVF takes about three weeks. Sometimes these steps are split into different parts and the process can take longer. Laparoscopy

A laparoscopy is a type of keyhole surgery used to inspect and operate on the organs inside the abdominal (belly) and pelvic area. It’s a low-risk, minimally invasive procedure that requires only small incisions. Laparoscopy uses an instrument called a laparoscope which is a long, thin tube with a high-intensity light and a high-resolution camera at the front to look at the abdominal organs. As it moves along, the camera sends images to a video monitor. Laparoscopy allows seeing inside your body in real time, without open surgery. At Ridham hospital can obtain biopsy samples during this procedure.
